Opposable’s new large room scale VR cooperative multiplayer first-person shooter game is ready for early playtests, and we’re looking for people interested in Immersive, large-scale social VR to try it out and give us honest feedback.

You and up to three other people will fend off against an alien horde coming at you. Shoot your way through all the demo levels and explore the Salvaged world.

This is a unique opportunity to try out a setup that would normally only be available in some of the world’s best virtual reality arcades. You’ll be wearing Perception Neuron motion tracking suits, MSI backpack PCs, HTC Vive Pros and Vive Trackers attached to modified Nerf Guns. You will be able to see your friends’ avatars in VR and move around freely in a massive a 9m x 9m space (much bigger than your “average” home VR setup).

Content Warnings: Violence, Guns, Holding a toy gun, Loud noises, Virtual Death, Green Blood.

Safety Warnings: We advise participants to not use the headset when tired; need sleep; under emotional stress or anxiety; or when suffering from cold, flu, headaches, migraines & earaches. Some people (about 1 in 4000) may have severe dizziness, seizures, epileptic seizures or blackouts triggered by light flashes or patterns, and this may occur while they are watching TV, playing video games or experiencing virtual reality, even if they have never had a seizure or blackout before or have no history of seizures or epilepsy. Such seizures are more common in children and young people under the age of 20. Anyone who has had a seizure, loss of awareness, or other symptom linked to an epileptic condition should see a doctor before using the headset.
